About the exhibition

The 1st Hospitality Tech EXPO brings together technology for tourism, lodging, and food service — AI, digital transformation, and robotics.

RX Japan GK organizes the show. It is a place for hotel, ryokan, restaurant, and destination operators to compare tools for staffing, operations, and the guest experience.

TRILIBERTY will be there with ARIGATO TAP, our product that carries a guest’s thank-you to the staff member who delivered the service.

At the booth

ARIGATO TAP is for hotels, restaurants, and visitor attractions. At booth 3-65 we will walk through the product and talk through how a property would use it.

  • Guests do not install an app. They hold a phone to a staff badge or NFC tag.
  • They can leave a thank-you message and an optional cashless tip on the spot.
  • Staff are notified in real time.
  • At the start of each month, the property receives an AI report of ratings and comments for service reviews.
  • Guests can also choose to leave a Google review.
  • We will be on site to talk about hotels, restaurants, and tourism facilities.

The point is to turn guest appreciation into staff motivation and better service, including an optional tip that fits a Japanese hospitality floor.

Digest Stage session

During the show, Yudai Shiga, Representative Director / CEO, will speak on the exhibitor Digest Stage. The session is in Japanese.

スマホをかざすだけ!訪日客の「ARIGATO」をスタッフの報酬・口コミへ | ARIGATO TAP

One Tap to Turn Guest Gratitude into Staff Rewards & Reviews | ARIGATO TAP

Abstract

Japan welcomed a record 42.68 million international visitors in 2025. Does their ARIGATO for Japanese hospitality reach the staff on the floor?

With ARIGATO TAP, a guest holds a phone to a stand in the room or restaurant, or to a staff badge, and sends an optional tip together with words of thanks. No app is required. Staff receive that message in real time.

At the start of each month, the property receives an AI analysis report. Ratings and comments are made visible and used to improve service. Guests can also choose to post a Google review.

The session introduces this way of turning gratitude into staff rewards and motivation, and into better service, without pushing a tipping culture onto Japan.

Speaker

Speaker Yudai Shiga

Yudai Shiga Representative Director / CEO, TRILIBERTY CO., LTD. / ARIGATO TAP

Representative Director of TRILIBERTY Inc. After working as an engineer, he has about 15 years of hands-on experience in HR and recruiting. He handled recruiting at an IT company that ranked No. 1 for seven consecutive years in the mid-sized category of the Great Place to Work ranking (2018–2024 editions).

He also runs a restaurant and has worked alongside staff on the floor. Drawing on technology, HR, and restaurant operations, he planned and developed ARIGATO TAP to connect how staff feel about their work with the guest experience, turning thanks into rewards, motivation, and better service.

The time will be updated later.
