High school

Competed as a Hokkaido prefectural rugby representative, then stepped back after injury before moving to Sapporo for university.

IT career

Engineering and HR across Sapporo, Tokyo, and Fukuoka—including standing up a new Fukuoka site from scratch.

Philippines

Worked on restaurant operations and assembling an app development team—hands-on experience running ventures locally overseas.

Today

Recruitment Consultant at a global SaaS vendor—and since 2025, Representative Director of TRILIBERTY Inc.

What we are building at TRILIBERTY

Relocated from Tokyo to Minami-Kurihashi, Saitama, in August 2023. Addressing limited dining options nearby, we opened takeout-focused “Pao” in front of the station, working closely with locals. In parallel we grow web production, AI video, recruiting support, and consulting—meeting SMBs and independents with small starts amplified by technology.
